This actually had me quiet for most of the video and I was trying to be talkative but also was worried he would come around the corner great job with it!
Thanks for playing our game and sharing your thoughts! We're glad you enjoyed the mechanics and found it to be a nice, quick experience. Sorry about the issue with getting stuck in the walls, we’re working on fixing that. Also, the other sounds you make, like running and stepping on metal, actually attract the monster to the noise source, so we have a bit of that mechanic you mentioned, but we’re definitely working on improving it. Thanks for the overall feedback! There will be an update coming shortly with a lot of fixes and some new content, and another one this weekend with a new "secret" ending.
This was an awesome game my dudes! Very fun little story, great graphics and sounds, really spooky atmosphere! I was quite amazed with the immersion, the physics and the puzzles, you hit on every little detail I really enjoy in these kind of games! It was longer then I was expecting too, that damn pickle beast wanted to beat my ass! Very fun experience, I fully recommend and will be following you guys and playing your next projects and games too! Here is my gameplay video, sub and help my channel grow everyone! :)
Thanks for playing our game and sharing your gameplay video! We’re thrilled that you enjoyed the story, graphics, and overall atmosphere. It’s awesome to hear that the immersion, physics, and puzzles hit the mark for you! We're glad it kept you on your toes. We really appreciate your support and are excited that you'll be following our future projects. Thanks for the recommendation, and best of luck with your channel!
It is honest! We write these answers by hand and use GPT only for spell-checking. Our team usually watches every video that is posted (that's how we found most of the bugs we missed during closed testing, and there's a lot of feedback we might otherwise miss), and we were truly happy with your review. I know we say that in pretty much every comment we answer, but it's true. We never expected so many people to play our game in such a short time, and we get really happy with every single video posted. Apologies if our answers sounded a bit off, we're Brazilian, so sometimes our way of speaking English may sound a little unnatural.
PS: Sorry about in the locker code puzzle the first part of the broken whiteboard "1" looking too much like a "7" that was why your padlock didn’t open. We’re going to fix that in the next update, probably coming out this weekend. Thanks again for the review!
Aww so much love guys! No I wasn't being mean or anything, I love the genuine responses and I love hearing feedback! You guys really did create something amazing here and I wish you dudes the best! Yeah the 7 in the puzzle stumped me that was totally true! I cant wait to see the next game you guys make and have fun while you do! All the love from Canada my Brazilian friends!
Thanks for playing our game and sharing the video! We hope you made it out of the factory alive! (Though it would be pretty cool to have a ghost enjoying our games too!)
Thanks for playing our game and for the feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed it and appreciate the shoutout. And thanks for finding that weird area, we’ll make sure to fix it in the next patch!
Obrigado por jogar, pelo feedback, e por ter gravado um vídeo! Ficamos muito felizes que você tenha gostado. É muito gratificante saber que nosso trabalho foi bem recebido. Obrigado pelo apoio!
Thanks for playing our game and recording a video! We’re thrilled that you loved it! We’ve got a few patches coming for this game, and after that, we’ll be diving into our next project. But we might return to this one in the future!
Horror games are not for me. I played the first 15 minutes with fear at every step. It was the moment I thought 'this place is safe' and that I could move freely when the scare almost knocked me out of my chair. The 'monster' is terrifying. I would never say this is the first game from this company; the game looks amazing, is well optimized, and if I weren’t such a scaredy-cat, it would be a lot of fun! Kudos to the team.
Thank you for giving our game a try, even though horror isn’t usually your thing! We're glad we could create such an intense experience for you, and it means a lot to hear that you found the game to be well-made and optimized. We appreciate your kind words and hope you enjoy our future projects! Kudos to you for braving those 15 minutes!
Thank you for playing our game! The entire team got together on Discord to watch your video since this was the first video recorded of our first game. We had a lot of fun watching it, thank you for providing us with this amazing experience!
PS: Our next game probably won't have the microphone meter, we're planning to replace it with some new mechanics.
I'll be honest, I didn't expect a game with the theme of "Dolly, but it's a Horror game" to be so good. (Dolly is a brand of soda here in Brazil)
The result for the theme in question is absurd, I expected something much more "trashy", but my expectations were completely shattered, since the visual part is incredible, and even the monster looked really cool, even though it's a soda bottle from a Creepypasta.
In my experience, the worst part was when it ended, I didn't expect to have so much fun with a game like that (the menu music gives a different feeling when you finish the game, at least in my case). I recommend it to everyone who can try it.
╺╸Detailed Feedback ╺╸
(The text below may include spoilers, so I recommend reading it only after finishing the game)
Monster (Golly): In the version I played, he's already cool, but I can't help but imagine how many other ways he could surprise me (like entering the vents), or if I left the vent too early, he would notice and cancel his action, coming straight towards me.
Controls: You guys are beautiful, thanks for putting an option to crouch on the "C" button, although I think it would be more interesting to allow the player to configure it on their own, but still, yes, you guys are beautiful.
Sound Detection: Interesting, but due to my microphone's limitations, the experience wasn't that great. It would be cool if there was noise suppression built into the game, or if it were possible to configure detection sensitivity in the game itself. But that's more of a problem for me, but at least I have the option to turn off the mechanic due to my microphone.
Story: Cool.
Difficulty: I think anyone can play it, and there's even a "secret" way to play on Minecraft's peaceful difficulty (which can still be scary, even without the creature).
From what I can remember, I think I've covered everything I thought I would. In short, it's an incredible game, despite the theme. I'm looking forward to the next games you guys might make.
Thanks for playing our game! and thank you for sharing such detailed feedback! We’re really glad to hear that our "Golly" concept exceeded your expectations. We’re excited to hear that you're looking forward to our future games. We’ve got a lot of ideas brewing, and we can’t wait to share them with you.
